Unless explicitly noted, listed prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and logistics surcharges. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details remain updated to avoid transaction failures.

SECTION 5 – LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance and do not constitute a performance guarantee. We are not liable for delays stemming from logistics partners, border/customs processing, or external force majeure events. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon the hand-off of the package to the designated carrier.

The entirety of our platform—including text, photography, brand identity, and interface design—is the exclusive property of AetherTrove™ or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property law. While AetherTrove™ utilizes Shopify’s infrastructure to conduct sales, your transaction is exclusively between you and AetherTrove™. You agree to release Shopify and its affiliates from any liability or claims related to your purchases or experiences within our store.

By utilizing the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data by us, Shopify, and our third-party logistics partners, potentially across international borders, to facilitate your orders and improve your user experience.

SECTION 11 – USER CONTRIBUTIONS AND FEEDBACK

Any content, suggestions, or reviews you transmit to us become our property. You grant AetherTrove™ a perpetual, global, royalty-free license to utilize such Feedback for commercial or operational purposes. You represent that your submissions do not infringe upon any third-party rights and contain no malicious code. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed objectionable at our discretion.

SECTION 12 – CORRECTION OF ERRORS

While we aim for total accuracy, typographical errors or omissions may occasionally occur in product specifications or pricing. We reserve the right to rectify these discrepancies and amend orders, even after submission, without prior notice.
